Welcome to Woz’s Beyblade Store. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Woz’s Beyblade Store. Woz’s Beyblade Store operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.

Woz’s Beyblade Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, store, products and services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our store.

Section 1 - Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence. If you allow a minor dependent to use our store or purchase products through your account or device, you are responsible for their use of the Services.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, pickup information, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 - Our Products

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, including product name, condition, code/region, price, stock availability, photos, and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours, packaging, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, product packaging, or manufacturer changes.

All descriptions, prices, availability, and product details are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Customers are responsible for reviewing product packaging, age recommendations, and safety warnings before use.

Woz’s Beyblade Store is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Takara Tomy, Hasbro, or any official BEYBLADE brand owner. All third-party brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Woz’s Beyblade Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including product name, condition, code/region, quantity, price, pickup option, shipping option, and customer information.

All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by law or where we have approved a case involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be fraudulent, incorrect, placed with inaccurate information, or placed in violation of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

Section 4 - Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate pickup or shipment.

Pre-order release dates, arrival dates, quantities, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only. They may be affected by supplier availability, manufacturer allocation, shipping delays, customs delays, weather, labour disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, unless we are unable to fulfill the order.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to supplier shortage, allocation issue, or other inventory problem, we will contact you regarding the affected order.

Section 5 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges.

Prices listed on our website may differ from prices offered on Facebook Marketplace, social media, in-person sales, special promotions, or other sales channels.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotional terms may be separate from these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between a promotion’s terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply only to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, complete, and authorized for use.

Section 6 - Shipping, Pickup and Delivery

We offer local pickup in Richmond, British Columbia, and shipping to available locations as shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, supplier delays, incorrect customer information, or events outside our control.

For U.S. or international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping fees charged by us cover postage and handling only unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped or made available for pickup, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

For local pickup orders, customers must follow the pickup instructions provided by us. Orders may only be released after payment has been confirmed.

Section 7 - Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, including product name, condition, code/region, quantity, price, pickup option, and shipping option.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beyblade.woz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and do our best to make it right. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Section 8 - Intellectual Property

Our store content, including but not limited to text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, logos, designs, layout, and arrangement, is owned by Woz’s Beyblade Store, its affiliates, licensors, or respective rights holders and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from our Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Woz’s Beyblade Store’s name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

All third-party names, logos, product names, designs, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over these third-party tools.

Section 11 - Relationship with Shopify

Woz’s Beyblade Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Woz’s Beyblade Store.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Woz’s Beyblade Store, including any injury, damage, loss, or claim resulting from purchased products or services.

You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Woz’s Beyblade Store.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services.
