Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, including product name, condition, code/region, quantity, price, pickup option, and shipping option.

Pre-order items
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beyblade.woz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and do our best to make it right. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. For US or international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
